All deserve a funeral service that celebrates one’s life and personality, and is conveyed with sensitivity, respect, and humour if appropriate.
I compose and conduct highly personalised funeral ceremonies according to the wishes, beliefs and choices of the deceased and their family. I believe people should be given a send off that is governed either by themselves or their loved ones – not by the person conducting the ceremony.
I am not affiliated to any church or society, which means you are free to have a ceremony that may involve spiritual or religious elements (of any faith) or no religious content at all – it is most definitely your ceremony, your way. However if you choose a non-religious ceremony, you need not be concerned about anyone who perhaps feels uneasy about this – a quiet period of silence or music can be included for reflection or private prayer.
I have a wide range of resources such as beautiful readings and poems that you can select from if required.
