Jac was absolutely amazing when helping me with my Dad’s funeral service. This was a difficult and daunting experience for me as I had to organise the funeral by myself, however, Jac made this a lot easier for me as she was an extremely caring, patient and understanding individual, who was easy to talk to. She was very organised and made any changes I wanted to the eulogy with ease. She made the service seamless, and even came and wished me well and had a wee chat at the end which I really appreciated.
